Fruit Diet

 
 
Fruit diet is a kind of cleansing diet often used by actresses, models, singers and other women appearing in the media. It allows you to cleanse the body of toxins. The assumption cycle diet lasts for one - two days, but sometimes you can apply it in the next few days. With its help we can lose up to 4 pounds.

Rules:
  • eat only fruit
  • Fruit do not add sugar
  • drink large quantities of still water
  • You can drink green, red tea in any quantities
  • it is best to choose those low-calorie fruits, such as strawberries, apples. Fruits such as bananas are high in calories and can not be the basis of the diet
  • fruit juices fall - unless those freshly squeezed.
I used "peach fruit" several times. It's a good way to cleanse the body and lose pounds fast (descended me then 4 kg in 4 days). It is true that easily while on the yo-yo, but it all depends on how we get out of the diet. I usually do not choose the wise path and yo-yo was, but if they do, as in the case of fasting - gradually add products, increase limits, practice - I think that the balance could be maintained.
I note that I ate a lot of fruit, especially apples, but the results were good. Belly quickly flattened. Maybe it lost water, but visually it is very nicely reflected :)

My comments:
  • This is not a diet at a time of intense mental effort - when it comes to science, very bad when it comes owocówce, unfortunately the body is rebelling against the lack of certain nutrients. That's why I do not recommend the onslaught of work, exams, sessions, exams.
  • dietka marvelous holiday - summer is the season for fruit and can be a little fantasize of meals, even with available only plants :)

I must admit that it made ​​sure at all meal times - reached for the fruit when I was hungry. I think, however, that if the last fruit 'dish' eat 2-3 hours before bedtime, the effects could be even better, than those who have achieved it.

This is the first diet that I test on the blog. If you have any questions, suggestions - feel free to write. I will answer everything.

MY SINS

  1. Maybe a little exaggerating the amounts of fruits and vegetables - I'm working on it :)
  2. After the first week, I left with the exercises - I am a little time and even less force (low energy limits always bounce at me ...)

  4. Alcohol - unfortunately at parties I can not deny it yourself; at least 2 times during those two weeks I happened to much of the transplant, and we all know how many calories it ...

I bought the pack of 60 capsules at the pharmacy Super Pharm for 40.99 zł. I take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening. Since I am rather skeptical about dropping pounds without effort, Therm Line treat more as a supplement - while I am also on a diet of 500 (details here) and I exercise a lot. Therefore not be able to describe how much I lost by the same tablet. However, after finishing packing I'll report the operation of the TL ;)

How to go and not go crazy Skinny Girl Diet

I walked the entire SGD exactly a year ago, and please - another vacation, and I go back to the diet.

My life, the huge ups and downs painful, returns to a straight line. After toxic and storm stupid, childish emotions, I'm empty, sad and pointless, and would that finally something I did. And remember that in diet was pretty good. So back - Complete with herself diet 500.

  • <500 kcal on weekdays
  • 650 kcal weekends

Apple cider vinegar


Apple cider vinegar will be the perfect complement to the diet for people who want to get rid of unwanted pounds. Containing essential nutritional supplements cider vinegar is used to speed up the process of weight loss and strengthening health. However, one of the important advantages of using apple cider vinegar in a diet is (note, Butterflies!) Significantly reduced the likelihood of unwanted yoyo effect, which is the bane of traditional weight loss methods based on reducing calorie intake.

I drank apple cider vinegar for some time. At first I thought I can not do - you have to admit that it tastes awful, but if anyone expected anything else?

My recipe:
2 x tablespoon of vinegar
1 - 0.5 cups of boiled water
Mix i .. to work! The first time may well clog, you have to simply overcome. My way of abolishing the taste is to prepare yourself in advance two quarters of tomato - I take big gulps so that the vinegar drink roughly 2-3 times, and each swallowing eat a quarter. Then it is better.

Apple cider vinegar is not recommended for people with sensitive stomachs or palates!

I am not able to determine the effect, because I used vinegar relatively short time, but after searching for a few sentences are actually clear - cider vinegar works. And this is probably the most important, right? :)

From today, I go back to drinking!
