Therm Line II

Composition:
green tea extract, guarana extract, bitter orange extract, L-carnitine tartrate, L-tyrosine, caffeine, cellulose bulking agent - microcrystalline, magnesium stearate - anti-caking agent, capsule (gelatin - shell component, coloring: E171).

I bought the pack of 60 capsules at the pharmacy Super Pharm for 40.99 zł. I take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening. Since I am rather skeptical about dropping pounds without effort, Therm Line treat more as a supplement - while I am also on a diet of 500 (details here) and I exercise a lot. Therefore not be able to describe how much I lost by the same tablet. However, after finishing packing I'll report the operation of the TL ;)

How to go and not go crazy Skinny Girl Diet

If any of you do not know yet what the Skinny Girl Diet, I invite you here .
I walked the entire SGD exactly a year ago, and please - another vacation, and I go back to the diet.
 
This time the "head" and so that the way also help you. As far as possible I will throw their menus and - new! - Photo meals.

Day 1 400/400 kcal

Breakfast
remember that vegetables do not count!
- Coffee + milk 1.5% 100 ml - 50 kcal

Diet 500

My life, the huge ups and downs painful, returns to a straight line. After toxic and storm stupid, childish emotions, I'm empty, sad and pointless, and would that finally something I did. And remember that in diet was pretty good. So back - Complete with herself diet 500. 

 
Rules:
  • <500 kcal on weekdays
  • 650 kcal weekends
Directions:
  • The less, the better
  • hungry? First gum!
  • very hungry? Freshly squeezed juice of grapefruit / carrot.
  • a lot of water and green / red tea without sugar
  • vitamins - every day!
  • last meal of 19
  • to limit the calories do not count vegetables
Adjuvant:
  • Therm Line II (purchased at Super Pharm for 40.99zł)
Exercise:
  • Running - 2 x week 40-50 min
  • gym - 1-2 x week
  • Daily workout - stretching, leg lifts, slopes, crunches, skrętoskłony, shears, vertical, horizontal and circular, tilt - 30 repetitions of each exercise, + 10 reps every week.
It is a very strict diet and once again I would like to point out that I spend it (as well as everything else on this blog) for the wing - what's more, these are very determined Wing, who know that they can bite the bullet.

Apple cider vinegar


Apple cider vinegar will be the perfect complement to the diet for people who want to get rid of unwanted pounds. Containing essential nutritional supplements cider vinegar is used to speed up the process of weight loss and strengthening health. However, one of the important advantages of using apple cider vinegar in a diet is (note, Butterflies!) Significantly reduced the likelihood of unwanted yoyo effect, which is the bane of traditional weight loss methods based on reducing calorie intake.

I drank apple cider vinegar for some time. At first I thought I can not do - you have to admit that it tastes awful, but if anyone expected anything else?

My recipe:
2 x tablespoon of vinegar
1 - 0.5 cups of boiled water
Mix i .. to work! The first time may well clog, you have to simply overcome. My way of abolishing the taste is to prepare yourself in advance two quarters of tomato - I take big gulps so that the vinegar drink roughly 2-3 times, and each swallowing eat a quarter. Then it is better.

Apple cider vinegar is not recommended for people with sensitive stomachs or palates!

I am not able to determine the effect, because I used vinegar relatively short time, but after searching for a few sentences are actually clear - cider vinegar works. And this is probably the most important, right? :)

From today, I go back to drinking!
