Diet 500

My life, the huge ups and downs painful, returns to a straight line. After toxic and storm stupid, childish emotions, I'm empty, sad and pointless, and would that finally something I did. And remember that in diet was pretty good. So back - Complete with herself diet 500. 

 
Rules:
  • <500 kcal on weekdays
  • 650 kcal weekends
Directions:
  • The less, the better
  • hungry? First gum!
  • very hungry? Freshly squeezed juice of grapefruit / carrot.
  • a lot of water and green / red tea without sugar
  • vitamins - every day!
  • last meal of 19
  • to limit the calories do not count vegetables
Adjuvant:
  • Therm Line II (purchased at Super Pharm for 40.99zł)
Exercise:
  • Running - 2 x week 40-50 min
  • gym - 1-2 x week
  • Daily workout - stretching, leg lifts, slopes, crunches, skrętoskłony, shears, vertical, horizontal and circular, tilt - 30 repetitions of each exercise, + 10 reps every week.
It is a very strict diet and once again I would like to point out that I spend it (as well as everything else on this blog) for the wing - what's more, these are very determined Wing, who know that they can bite the bullet.

Balance April 4 = 500/500 kcal
3x 150 calories apple, orange 110 calories, 20g cottage cheese + jam light 150 kcal, 100 kcal 3x coffee, salad 40 kcal
Exercise - 30 min

Balance April 5 = 435/500 kcal
Starbucks Cappuccino 2 x 200 kcal, 120 kcal cottage cheese, a slice of toast 55 kcal, 30 kcal coffee, 1/4 orange 30 kcal
Exercise - 30 min

Balance April 6 = 640/650 kcal
2x coffee 30 kcal, 160 kcal cottage cheese, a slice of toast 55 kcal, 110 kcal orange, Nestea light 5 kcal, 110 kcal jogobella light, nectarine 50 kcal and 40 kcal salad, apple 50 kcal
